These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buzly mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Buzly, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Welcome to Buzly, a digital marketplace and appointment booking platform designed to connect customers with local businesses such as salons, beauty parlours, tattoo studios, footwear stores, and other participating merchants.
Buzly provides technology services that enable customers to discover businesses, book appointments, purchase eligible products, and interact with registered shop owners through the Platform.
Buzly does not own, operate, manage, or directly provide the services offered by independent shop owners unless explicitly stated.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or using Buzly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to:

To use Buzly, you must satisfy the following requirements:
Buzly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.
Customers may create an account using the authentication methods supported by Buzly. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and current.
Customers are responsible for all activities performed through their account and must immediately notify Buzly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
Shop Owners are responsible for providing accurate business information, operating hours, services, pricing, contact details, and any other information displayed on the Platform.
Shop Owners represent that they have the legal authority to operate the business registered on Buzly.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent business information may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
Buzly shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
Customers are expected to use the Buzly Platform responsibly and respectfully while interacting with Shop Owners and other users.
By using Buzly, Customers agree to:
Customers are responsible for reviewing Shop information, pricing, services, availability, and policies before confirming a booking.
Shop Owners are solely responsible for operating and managing their businesses through the Buzly Platform.
Each Shop Owner agrees to:
Shop Owners are solely responsible for the quality, pricing, availability, safety, legality, and delivery of their services.
Buzly does not supervise, inspect, endorse, or guarantee any Shop, employee, product, or service listed on the Platform.
Customers may book appointments with participating Shops through the Buzly Platform based on the available dates and time slots displayed within the application.
A booking is considered successful only after it has been confirmed within the Buzly Platform.
To help Customers attend appointments on time, Buzly may send reminder notifications before the scheduled appointment.
Reminder notifications are generally sent approximately:
Notification delivery depends on the Customer's device settings, internet connectivity, and notification permissions. Buzly cannot guarantee delivery of reminder notifications in every situation.
Customers may cancel their booking through the Buzly application before the booking verification process has been completed.
Customers may cancel their booking at any time from the moment the booking is created until the verification deadline described in these Terms.
Once a booking has been verified by the Shop Owner, cancellation may no longer be available through the Platform.
If a booking is not verified within the permitted verification period, the booking may be automatically cancelled by the Platform.
Automatic cancellation does not necessarily prevent the Customer from making future bookings unless additional restrictions are introduced in future updates.
Buzly uses a QR-based verification system to confirm that Customers have arrived for their scheduled appointments.
The booking QR Code becomes available to the Customer approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
The QR Code is intended solely for appointment verification and must only be presented at the booked Shop during the scheduled appointment.
If the QR Code is not successfully scanned and verified within approximately 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the booking may be automatically cancelled by the Platform.
This verification process helps improve booking accuracy and reduces missed or fraudulent appointments.
Buzly allows eligible Shop Owners to create offline bookings directly through the Platform for customers who visit or contact the Shop without placing an online booking through the Buzly application.
Offline bookings are intended to help Shop Owners manage all appointments in one place and improve business operations.
Buzly shall not be responsible for disputes arising from incorrect or inaccurate offline booking information entered by a Shop Owner.
Certain features of the Buzly Platform are available to Shop Owners through paid subscription plans.
Every newly registered Shop Owner may receive a 30-day free trial, subject to eligibility and Buzly's policies at the time of registration.
Buzly reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free trial program at any time without prior notice.
At the time of publication, Buzly offers the following subscription plans for Shop Owners:
Subscription pricing may be revised in the future. Any revised pricing will apply only to future purchases unless otherwise stated.
Buzly subscriptions are currently renewed manually.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period.
It is the responsibility of the Shop Owner to renew the subscription before or after its expiry to continue accessing subscription-based features.
If a Shop Owner's subscription expires, the Shop may continue to remain visible on the Buzly Platform, and Customers may continue to place bookings.
However, the Shop Owner may have limited access to certain features, including viewing, managing, or verifying bookings, until an active subscription is renewed.
Buzly reserves the right to modify subscription benefits, limitations, and feature availability in future updates.
Subscription payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers supported by Buzly, including Razorpay.
Buzly does not collect or store Customers' or Shop Owners' complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided during transactions is accurate and authorized.
Any transaction declined by a payment provider shall not be considered a successful payment.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription payments made to Buzly are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for:
Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable law or where Buzly determines, at its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances exist.
Customers may submit ratings and written reviews for Shops based on their genuine personal experience with the services received.
By submitting a review, the Customer confirms that the content is truthful, accurate, and does not violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
Users must not post reviews or content that:
Buzly reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, edit, hide, or remove any review or rating that violates these Terms or is otherwise considered inappropriate.
The opinions expressed in reviews belong solely to the respective users and do not represent the views or endorsements of Buzly.
To maintain a safe and trustworthy platform, all users agree not to engage in activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Users must not:
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and may also lead to legal action where permitted by law.
The Buzly Platform, including but not limited to its name, logo, branding, software, design, layout, graphics, text, source code, features, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Buzly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, users may not:

Buzly is a technology platform that connects Customers with independent Shop Owners. Buzly does not own, operate, supervise, or control the businesses listed on the Platform.
The respective Shop Owner is solely responsible for:

Customers and Shop Owners acknowledge that all transactions and service relationships are entered into directly between them.
Buzly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion where permitted by law, including but not limited to situations involving:
Termination of an account does not relieve users of obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
Your use of the Buzly Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Buzly may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, business practices, or new features.
Updated versions will become effective once published on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all current and future features of the Buzly Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
